At the moment I have to give 1 star because it cannot be paired with Samsung Note4 (BT 4.2) and Note9 (BT5.0). In pairing mode, none of the phones can detect the device. Funny, the Samsung TV in the other room could see this. Revain will send a replacement and I will double check that the unit works. I read the manual, reset the settings and tried everything. I have 4 other BT devices and I made sure the device isn't discoverable, it shouldn't be that hard. Pairing should be easy with bt5.0. Update 11/29/19: Received replacement and works perfectly. 5 stars for customer service. On the first connection after failed pairing, power off and on, both mobile phones now connect properly. I want to give it 5 stars but many had pairing issues initially. I hope the company gets to grips with this quickly because once it's up and running it's a great little device. Keep in mind that if you connect a BT4 device, the range will be reduced, which is limited by older technology. It's best to use Bt5.0 with it, but bt4 works with the limitations of bt4 technology.
