Review on Dell U4320Q UltraSharp Business Warranty: πŸ’» Flicker-Free, LED, LCD, HD, IPS 4K Monitor by Jeff Bauman

Not for MacBook Pro users

In fact, I have the luxury of comparing the Dell U3219Q and Dell U4320Q side by side. Of course I was expecting a 43 inch screen to be bigger and therefore lower pixel density etc. But what I didn't expect is that no matter what I do the U4320Q would want to default to 3840 x 2160 (4k) resolution , but the UI looks like 1920x1080. When the monitor is on by default, it's very sharp and window movements are smooth, but that resolution is unsuitable for office work unless you're Mr. Magoo. It's too big. And although I can use the scaled mode or the "Select full 4k resolution" option, selecting this option affects performance. Text is no longer crystal clear and window movement is no longer super smooth. 2019 and 2020 I didn't expect such a difference - the U3219Q is amazing. It automatically sets the default resolution to 4k on my MacBook Pro, text is very sharp, window movements are buttery smooth. This tip probably doesn't apply to Windows users. But for me
