Review on 🌡️ 2PCS HiLetgo DHT22/AM2302 Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module - Arduino Compatible Temperature Humidity Monitor Sensor, Suitable for DIY Electronic Projects by Charlie Wilson

I received this sensor to use in a whole house humidifier control project. So I planned it to run almost continuously all winter. The problem is that it becomes unresponsive after about a day or so. The Arduino I connected it to can no longer receive data from it until I unplug the Arduino and reapply power. Therefore, this sensor is almost useless for an application where you need to monitor temperature or humidity in the long term. I've seen posts online of other people having similar issues, and while I've tried various fixes using pull-up resistors or reading the sensor at longer intervals, nothing I've found seems to work. I will use a different humidity sensor as this does not work reliably enough for continuous use.
