Overall, this is an inexpensive video kit for your phone. It includes pretty much everything you need to get started. I really wish it would come with an iPhone dongle or at least be added to the kit as the video kit cable requires a 3.5mm jack. So if your phone doesn't have a headphone jack, you'll need some sort of adapter. The clip for your phone is made of metal so it seems very durable. I was able to easily add my iPhone XR with a case (not super thick, but not super thin either) and still had room to expand the clamp. The tripod legs are made of plastic, but seem solid. The mic holder is also plastic, but again, it feels solid. You have to use some force to attach the mic to the mount, but this helps give the impression that the mic doesn't fit anywhere. The sound quality seems to be good. I'm not a super sound nerd, but if I were to use it to record a video of a talking head in a room, for example, I'd be happy with the sound quality. It comes with two silencers that work as they should. If you're looking for a relatively cheap video that doesn't require extra batteries, I definitely recommend checking out this video.
