GOOD RUNNING BELT:

I like the overall design. My phone and keys fit in perfectly, and it helps to be able to carry some water around without the extra weight. I had a hard time adjusting this belt to fit my waist. When I did this I was left with a long end of the strap that I had to cut off. It still slips when I wear nylon tops. Non-slip pads on the side of the body would be helpful to keep it in place.
