I've read a number of reviews that suggest the thread pattern on the nuts is wrong. I installed it on the C5 Vette, the mounting scheme is 12x1.5 with no problems. I can't say anything about the durability of the tips (discoloration, rust, scratches) over time, but no scratches were visible after installation. The wall thickness of the key slot appears a little thin, but is easily tightened to specification. Some reviewers haven't experienced the issue of the tabs getting stuck in the key during installation due to a loose key. Would buy again.
