It worked for me on 85 M1009 (K5 Blazer)!
Finding a vacuum chamber for an old 6.2 diesel engine is not an easy task. This worked great. After removing the capsule from the holder, it fitted perfectly on the Blazer pump. I checked (measured) the piston offset, diameter and fit and they were the same as the OEM. The hose connector is slanted compared to the OEM, but that didn't affect installation or operation. Now my vacuum pump is working again!
