I can say that this product serves its purpose, but I have some serious complaints about the design of the product.1. It's too easy to accidentally press the hook release button when it's on the bike rack. Although unlikely to be fully released, I still think it's poor design.2. The shape of the hook lock is causing problems with my Thule bike rack. This problem causes the bar to bounce off the rubber mounts. This is a BIG problem when driving a lot of miles.3. This product WILL NOT FIT the small women's bike frame. This also means that smaller frames will not work properly. The handlebars cannot be extended properly to fit properly on bike racks. In general I would prefer almost any other brand of this product. I usually like saris products but this was a big mistake.
