Review on 🥕 Brieftons Julienne Slicing Tool by Karen Rivas

My sister in law received this item brand new as a gift and I was there when she excitedly opened it and tried to use it for potatoes! After the first break, all of the blade spring or compression holding the blade to the two steel sides broke loose and flew across space. We didn't dare put the blade back on as it was hanging on a spring and we were afraid we would severely cut ourselves. She contacted "Thomas" who was very nice at first, but one day he asked for a Revain account (she didn't buy it through Revain). A friend made it and gave it to her but she didn't want to be tacky and call a friend for $10. BUT that was the principle behind it. The product was CLEARLY labeled as Brieftons and the least that person could do was reply. He of course responded as soon as possible to say hello, you can send us an order but after explaining why we don't have one, after numerous attempts to reach her and get her to do everything, he discovered her to repair. We sent 5 emails! VERY RUDE. They will downright ignore you. Don't buy from them as they don't respect your faulty products either because you can't show the purchase date or if the purchase window is closed - also an experience with them - but even if here it's probably due to the window closing or lack of evidence for their OWN products. In addition, they are very cheap. While searching, I found a good pair of cleaners for over $4! cute lime green but there are so many other options that cost less - I messaged her and she said they work great! Brieftons are cheap and a lot of drama for no reason. overcome yourself!
