I ordered 5 14" Mobile Pixels monitors with stands. Received the box and it appeared to be re-taped. The label was torn off so it was not clear who the package was for. There were a few in the box Biohazard bags and each one of them was torn and unsealed I opened a package to see if everything is ok as advertised for the items the monitor was correct but the stand shown was wrong the Mobile Pixel support contacted me to resolve my issue. Customer support went above and beyond to ensure every issue was resolved. Support sent me all new monitors and worked with me to get the correct stands at no additional cost The stand was a major reason to keep buying cell phone pixels, the support team went out of their way to provide me with proper foot rests at no extra charge .
