Good build quality, easy to install
My wife was looking for a hand shower that would be easy for her to wash her hair and bathe the kids too. This unit arrived well packaged and appears to be well made and comes with everything needed for installation (other than the tools which you or the plumber should have anyway). Installing this in place of an existing shower head is definitely a DIY project that doesn't require a lot of effort, in my opinion. I give it 5 stars for easy installation, simple instructions and durability. Hope it lasts long! A complete do-it-yourself installation took me 15-25 minutes with pliers and a screwdriver in my case.
