Excellent shower head. Lighter than I expected but works great. Not as high pressure as advertised but fine for everyday use - not a luxury shower head. I hope the lower shower bracket will stay attached over time. My daughter is 6 and just learning how to shower 100% by herself. Now she can take off the shower head and rinse her hair without anyone else's help. Easy installation with basic household tools. I hope this review was helpful to you!

Most parts are made of silver-coated plastic and are very light. The part holding the hand head is an air cargo. This can work very well, but we won't know since we don't install it. We're used to brands like Kohler and Pfister making all-metal parts that feel stronger and more durable. Of course, these brands are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. When we install a new shower head, we want to invest in something made out of better parts that will last longer and be more reliable.

My wife was looking for a hand shower that would be easy for her to wash her hair and bathe the kids too. This unit arrived well packaged and appears to be well made and comes with everything needed for installation (other than the tools which you or the plumber should have anyway).
