Ideal for working out, but not for removing tarnish

I rarely polish silver, this is the third bottle of silver polish I've used in my life (I'm retired) and by far the worst product I've ever used. Luckily there was some paste left in my previous bottle [it used to be liquid] and I was able to scoop it out. I doubt I can return this as it took me too long to use it and realize how poorly it works.
