This is for PNY XLR8 CS3030 1TB M.2 Gen3x4 NVMe SSD. This is an excellent NVMe drive that rivals the top Samsung models for significantly less money. The 1TB model has 1GB of DRAM cache and I believe all capacities in this model have at least some DRAM cache, which is better than similar drives from some other manufacturers. In CrystalMark I get around 3.2 GB/s sequential read and write speeds. . It's even on an NVMe adapter board on an unsupported motherboard with a custom BIOS to support it. Running in a native M.2 Gen3x4 slot on a newer board may yield better results. Also, for those using an aftermarket heatsink or a heatsink integrated into the motherboard, the sticker peels off easily. I really can't ask for more at this price. Good cache size, good value, good controller, great speeds.
