Review on πŸ”¬ MS35B Sturdy Tabletop Stand Crafted for Dino-Lite by Todd Markel

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Top quality binoculars and scopes

It's very durable and doesn't slip or wobble. The customization works like this. You can loosen the set screw on the back of the main mechanism to allow the whole thing to slide up and down the aluminum post. Then tighten that set screw and that's your rough adjustment. Further to the side of the main mechanism is a center adjustment knob that moves half of the mechanism up and down while leaving the other half attached to the post. All metal parts are made of aluminum with high precision. There is no game anywhere. The adjustment knob is well knurled and a good size. It has good turning resistance but does not stick. There is enough up and down movement under the control of the adjustment knob that at the top end of the range I can zoom my Dino-Lite out to 50x, then turn the knob down to the lowest point of travel and zoom the dino to 300x. The adjustment knob and the dino-zoom work with the same precision, so I can use both when fine-focusing. Because the grip is firmer, it offers a little more control. So 5 stars.
