I would say it's not far from the warm feeling of UA that you have to pay 70.00 for, but much more comfortable, I have UA for the first layer Bought and it fits very body tight 2 times more than I have worn the above and I can honestly say that from 25 you don't need anything else, for 20 and under I use 4.0 base layers, 2 of these, and a coat for the north face , then it's your turn ready for just about anything the Bottom 48 can throw at you. I was at 17 degrees and didn't feel any of that.
