I just tried them on my CZ 457 American and they are perfect for ammo and seem to throw projectiles just as well. I say they seem to eject perfectly because I don't normally lock the latch like I normally would otherwise I'd have to look around to pick them up. For practice, I use my 3D printed single-shot adapter (essentially a modified magazine that holds the cartridge at the optimal loading angle), so I only work with one anchor at a time. As you can see in my photo, I can pull 6-8 trigger pulls with one anchor. You could get more, but it gets harder to aim the anchor for each new frame. I want the firing pin to hit the pristine plastic every time the trigger is pulled to minimize the chance of damage. I think I'll use two anchors a night for dry training and see if that helps improve my results.
