Fast and dangerous, first had to file the burrs on the sole

It looks like this device is made in China and sold under different names, so I looked for the cheapest one. Happy with the quality although mine arrived with some metal burrs on the sole which I had to file off to avoid rubbing/scratching when moving across the table. I've just started using it, so can't comment on its strength or durability (I'll update if necessary). Some points: - Initially I thought the weight would be an issue, but the weight doesn't matter since you're pushing it. together with the sole resting on the table surface! - The blade is quite open so use EXTREME CAUTION! turn on the device, if installed. - Always, ALWAYS, unplug the device when not in use due to the above issue. - Make sure to keep the presser foot under the bottom layer of fabric when cutting. - Cuts curves well above a certain radius - Buy blades. I've seen some put it up for sale for $40, it's a JOKE! I'm not kidding: watch your fingers!
