The team have been very responsive over email, phone calls etc to questions raised by our internal audit department about their service! Nothing too much that I dislike - but would say they could definitely improve some areas such as keeping appointments with clients more regular eases admin burden for us. As an agency we tend not be able find time easily enough or often at times so it is important these guys are easy going themselves (ie no hard sell). If you need external account management services this really should top your list of companies who can manage them regularly/on demand when required- keep looking round if needed just take into consideration other factors first before any price comparisons. They were recommended highly after being managed internally previously via another provider which was also difficult managing from out offices across 3 sites due delays / unresponsiveness issues arising therefrom.. The team at bbcb2b are very knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to help. They have great ideas and are always looking for ways to improve our campaigns. No issues to report so far! Would highly recommend them. They are certainly not your average agency. Their approach is unique and helps you think differently about how to achieve your objectives. I'd say they've helped us with all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO through to PPC.
