Review on 🚚 Curt 40047 RockerBall: Ultimate Cushion Hitch Trailer Ball - 7,500 lbs Capacity, 2-Inch Diameter, 1-Inch Shank by David Monaco

I just drove 3,600 miles round trip from Oklahoma to the east coast of Florida pulling a two wheeled tow truck with a 3,000 pound car attached. The tractor was a Class C motor home on an F350 Super Duty chassis. Lots of construction sites on highways with rough roads where my regular hitch rattled and vibrated all over the car. After installing this new generation hitch, I was amazed at how much better my towing experience was, with less vibration and a lot less rumble. Installation was easy with two wrenches. It is important to fill the assembly with good quality grease from the fitting at the bottom of the bolt. It's clearly a VERY solid build and I feel completely confident with my tractor and dolly. The hitch height was about an inch higher than my previous standard ball hitch. Absolutely no problem. This is an easy FIVE STAR for me and IMO worth after a 3600 mile test.
