Just take your time to lace/lay the tube in as neatly as possible, no twists or bunched up spots. Then be super careful when putting the tire with the tube inside, back on the rim. Do Not Use Metal screwdrivers or spoons or butter knife. π€‘. Get a bike tire repair kit the tools are plastic Or nylon. Donβt worry about getting the end to fit together tight. 1/4 inch is not going to matter at all. Once you air up to proper PSI that gap will disappear. This is a great Idea and product!
