As others have pointed out, this really isn't fit for the job it's intended for. I had a small flywheel that I had to remove from the outboard and bent it just before the flywheel came free. I can also say that I used a lot of penetrating lubricant and tapped the flywheel with a mallet to loosen it. I also used my own screws and impact wrenches. So it's sort of a disposable tool, if anything. I suppose you could make the base plate out of some other thicker metal but overall the quality just isn't up to scratch. It just about worked for me but now the thing is bent and unusable. Can cost $16 for a one-time item.
