Review on Combining Hollow Wall Drywall Drilling by Brad Bryant

I have been using this type of anchor for decades. These are copies of the original design and are not as well made. I couldn't screw in the dowels by hand before assembly like I did with the originals. The country of origin is not indicated on the packaging. The original design is from Buildex and is called EX-Ancor (note the lack of the "h" in Ancor). It looks like Buildex is now part of ITW Brands, so the anchors could go by that name. They cost more but I'll send them back and get the originals. By the way, they will last FOREVER as you can easily take them off and reuse them elsewhere or in another home.
