Whenever you buy from Revain, it's like playing Russian roulette in the sense that Your product may be counterfeit 50/50 from China - but you pay full price. Either Kosori doesn't know what "glass" is, or they sent me a Chinese fake. Anyway, I'm sad that there isn't a micron of glass visible in the construction of this teapot. When you open the lid, it smells like an unpleasant plastic smell. I wonder how sick I would be if I drank from this device. This is far from what was advertised. Imagine buying your dream home where you want to live comfortably with your family, only to end up with an ugly piece of cardboard on the side of the road. At first glance, very different monetary value, that's how I feel when such nonsense is delivered to me. a smell I can't quite easily put out of my mind. Note to self: Order from the manufacturer or other trusted websites in the future. It's just easier to live like this. Don't drive that unpleasant smell out of your head. advice anyone?
