Review on 🔧 TeraFlex JK Rzeppa CV Factory Replacement Kit (Part # 1744014) by Jason Camarillo

Rewriting my review. I originally gave 5 stars. This connection lasted almost a year and a half. It worked fine while it lasted. Some time after installation, the tape came off and some grease squirted out. I put on a new strap, no big deal. Before purchasing I contacted Teraflex because I couldn't find this part anywhere. They replied to me almost immediately explaining how the item was updated and how great it will be and how fantastic the warranty etc. is. Wow I thought amazing customer service I'm sold. So I waited and maintained my broken original joint until they came out with a new one. A year and a half later, I contact her because this wonderful joint is falling apart. Grilling. They didn't answer me at all, they didn't even deny the warranty for the part. I was supposed to invest $150 in a new DL but was sold to customer service the first time. Now I have a new driveshaft and you better believe it isn't. There is no Teraflex sticker on it. Incredible pre-sales customer service but no help when you need it.
