I don't really understand why I didn't get 5 stars but I don't have any. I made some extra money delivering food at night after work and found that the bag one of the companies sent me just wasn't keeping the food warm. I'm 50+, not a kid, and I know what I would expect from a delivery job I placed. So I invested in myself with this purchase. It works 100% better and I can't tell if it increases my income but I feel like I did the right thing. The zipper isn't very good, feels a bit cheap and maybe that's why I made 4 instead of 5. But it works; cold stays cold, hot stays hot (usually occurs every time I open it, onto a puff of steam)
