This shower fixture was bought to replace an old one of similar type. The water flow through the new fixture is much better than the old. The different selections of spray are also similar. The hand held sprayer is great for getting areas that are difficult to rinse completely with the fixed shower head. Both fixed and hand held have the same options. I have used the needle spray and the pulse options the most.This unit was easy to install. It is important to get the hose for the hand held on in the correct direction so the hand held sprayer can fit properly into the provided holder. The longer twist on connector needs to be on the hand held sprayer side as it fits properly into the holder that is located to the side of the fixed spray head opposite of the diverter valve.
