I use this controller in a sparkling water configuration to maintain a set temperature of 34 degrees Fahrenheit +- 2 degrees. It works very well and seems fairly accurate and keeps the set temperature within the set range. It's pretty much "set and forget". Programming is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Not the best guide in the world (either poorly translated or written by someone with English as a second language). It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of, but like I said, once you get the hang of it, programming becomes pretty easy. The sockets are American style 3 pin and the temperature can be programmed/displayed in Celsius (default) or Fahrenheit.
