Blue CDI fitted and shortly thereafter suffered severe misfires and engine stalling. I removed and found a RED wire from the module with very poor soldering (read minimal) at the connector pin. The only thing holding it together was the shrink wrap on the wire. I resoldered the RED wire, added new shrink wrap and reinstalled the CDI. The TAPOTAO Lancer 150cc scooter has been road tested. The bike went well. The next day I started the scooter and the engine ran BAD, then stalled and restarted with difficulty, almost didn't idle and stalled again, started without ignition for a long time. Removed the blue CDI and installed the original one and the engine started immediately. Although the ORANGE coil seems to be good. Save the ORANGE coil and plug wire. Also uses a mix of NGK fork and carb showing a nice tan/grey color on the ceramic. MORE UPDATE: The green trigger wire on the module connector also had minimal solder (like the red wire above), the shrink wrap was the only thing making the connection intermittent. Soldered and so far good
