Not suitable for larger sit top kayaks. I have a Native Slayer Propel 10 and it wants to lean forward because of the shape of these hooks. I had to add a 1-1/2" washer to the back of the bottom mounting plate to allow my kayak to lean against the wall instead of falling forward and rolling off the hangers. Also be careful as the screw connecting the top and bottom of these hooks sticks out about 3/8 inch and can scratch the plastic kayak if rubbed. As was mine. I wish they had added a screw on the side of the pipe instead. I ended up drilling and installing another screw on the side and using a dremmel cut off the existing threaded nipple that was sticking out. Good hangers if your kayak isn't that big and fits well in a 15" space and also your lower hull doesn't rub on the screw caps.
