Seems to be more or less functional. I wish there was a connector to use all the pins without the hassle of soldering. If you want to use it with esphome esphome: name: platform ender-relay: ESP8266 board: esp12eswitch board: - platform: gpio pin: GPIO4 name: relay id: relay how did you flash it so that it boots normally. If it makes a weird noise and doesn't do anything it's probably a voltage issue, I had to switch from USB to a 9V battery to test.
