The product received was as described . We don't use many of the spices we received, but we just swap them out and change the label on the jar. The only downside to this product was the free spice registration process. The code on the inside top flap of the box didn't work. Before I bought this product I saw that others had this problem so I was ready. I called the company and the rep emailed me a new code that didn't work. At first he wanted to email me the code and hang up, which I wouldn't allow. I wanted to contact you until we can successfully register the product. Then he sent me another code which didn't work. He tried to check me in himself but it didn't work. He explained that the codes listed in the boxes weren't working and that he needed to investigate the issue and email me a response. I told him I would be returning the product and he asked if I would wait, which I did. When he got back to the call he was able to check me in with a different email address (which he created but we were lucky it was a different active email address I have) and he provided me with that Login details available. While on the phone with him, I was able to successfully log in and add items to my shopping cart. I did not purchase the products so I will leave an updated review when going through this process later. Hope this review helps others!
