UPDATE 11/05/20: I've been running with a harness for a week now. Still in constant motion as I run no matter how hard I do. It's frustrating, but at some points I still like that it's better than nothing, so I think it's going to stay that way until I find something that suits me better. The band itself is nicely made, feels light and stretches well. The clip is easy to attach and detach. My 3 star rating comes from the fact that the strap is irritating when running. This thing wouldn't hold up no matter how hard I pulled on it. When I ran, it rose from my hips to my chest. The constant setting was very annoying, almost as annoying as walking around with your phone in your hand or rattling in your jacket pocket. I'll try again and edit my review if I can figure out how to keep it from moving, but otherwise wouldn't buy again.
