For the most part it was comfortable. I lowered it a few times during my run, but it went up again because it's quite small (33 inches at its longest opening). I have an iPhone 11 with Otterbox Defender and it fits incredibly tight. It took a lot of effort to put the phone in your pocket and close it. It's frustrating, but at some points I still like that it's better than nothing, so I think it's going to stay that way until I find something that suits me better. I bought this to carry my tandem insulin pump. What I like about it is that it's lightweight and seems to be made out of a pretty good material. It closes smoothly. It also has some breathability, although I haven't tried it in excruciating heat. The zipper is smooth and does not stick.
