I bought this to carry my tandem insulin pump. What I like about it is that it's lightweight and seems to be made out of a pretty good material. It closes smoothly. It also has some breathability, although I haven't tried it in excruciating heat. The zipper is smooth and does not stick. The first thing I didn't like was that the pockets are too tight when I put the pump in. The same thing happened with my phone in a case. I have a Galaxy S21+ for reference. This works much better if you don't have a pocket around your pump/phone. I personally don't like to do without covers. The pockets are a good size but the entrance is too narrow. That is possible. Remember. Another issue I found was that the latch closure became uncomfortable. If you don't mind having it behind you all the time, it works. If, like me, you have an insulin pump and want to put that aside and whatnot, that might be too much of a hassle for you. Especially uncomfortable when tightening the belt. I had a hard time with the clasp unless it was in the front and I had to slide it back after the zip. It gets really challenging the tighter the belt gets. Although it stretches, the strap material was too compressive. This works under clothing against the skin, but again, the clasp is hard, uncomfortable plastic. In addition, it still slipped even under tension. Finally, photos can be confusing, as happened to me. I got the impression that this is something transparent. No, that is not so. I guess it's my fault for not reading it better. In my defense, this shouldn't be shown as if the items inside were visible. I think for my specific needs this is not the best choice. It really depends on the person I think. In terms of exercise and possibly travel, hanging from your waist or even under your shirt would be great if you could personally handle it. Make sure you measure yourself and follow the size recommendation and you will be fine. Remember, you have room for greatness. I usually wear large shirts and ordered medium ones.
