Love my KVM is the best among KVM switches
I was very pleased to know that cables for IOGEAR KVM can be purchased separately. I bought a KVM with half the PS2 cables and half the USB cables because I had several older machines that used PS2. In retrospect, that wasn't necessarily the best decision. I then replaced all but one of the old boxes with new models that don't support PS2. I tried using a PS2 USB bridge; but that didn't seem to make KVM very happy. The moral of the story is don't skimp on the right cable. What you save in emotional disappointment more than makes up for in dollars.
