Review on 🌬️ Enhanced Cooling Fan Assembly for Ford Edge: TYC 622040 Radiator/Condenser Replacement by Brett Islam

So if you are looking for this fan assembly you probably have a Ford Edge that is overheating at idle with the air conditioning on. If you don't already know, this happens because one of the fans has stopped working and the other fan is not able to efficiently cool the motor. The price is right and it fits like a glove, but I feel the need to point out how LOUD this thing is. Several people have mentioned this before, but their comments weren't enough to draw attention. I just saw the mostly rave reviews and bought it without a second thought. It's no exaggeration to say that the noise made by fans in public is embarrassing. I compare it to an airplane about to take off, but my wife prefers to compare it to a tornado warning. I'm not sure I would have gone the other way had I known all of this in advance as the 2 day shipping is hard to beat and I don't know the OEM build price. But I would definitely do some more research. just something to note. If you're looking to replace this yourself, I definitely recommend following the instructions on the Ford Edge forums. I removed the faulty assembly and installed the new one in under an hour - just google "Ford Edge Radiator Fan Assembly Replacement Procedure".
