Unit looks good where it hasn't been damaged. It also came with rusty frame parts that I had to constantly email to have them replaced within two weeks. We sent photos of where we just opened the box and here they are, rusty. So I didn't even bother to replace the block as it took so long just to replace the rusty parts and we didn't see the dented corner until it was installed; 2 days after the new frame arrives. Installation seemed easy, but that's because I just watched the contractor do it. The fan is quite noisy but seems to do the job. The LEDs are bright, as is the digital clock. I gave four stars because without the BS frame and damage I would have been perfectly happy.
