Easy integration with our accounting system, user friendly interface for users who don't have technical skills or are not computer savvy; ability to export data into Excel format so I can send it out easily (although we've had some issues getting this working in recent years). They also offer an annual fee free trial which is really good if you want time before committing yourself fully as there's nothing worse than buying something without knowing whether your requirements will be met! We used them originally because of their wide range/ depth of services but they're now one product offering across several areas - including website design-development etc., rather confusing at times when trying find what exactly has been done by churchbooks vs other products e.g web hosting service offerings from third parties such as Siteground / Hostmonster compared against Godaddy Webhosting Service Offering offered through Cbchurchbookstools Limited.
