I like that it's easy to use for both candidates as well as employers or recruiters! It can be used from any device which is great because you're not always at your computer when looking up information about someone/job posting etc. The only thing i dislike sometimes is if there isn't much info available (ie no social media) so then having access via email would work best but this doesn't happen often enough where its an issue. Also some jobs don't have many details listed such as salary range - just make sure they include everything otherwise we won’t know what our options really are before applying!! We've been using tracktalent since 2016 now & love how quick, efficient & user friendly it has made finding new talent easier than ever! Our team members find out who their contacts already working within other companies are through tracking them here too meaning more opportunities come into play quicker rather.
