I can easily search for files and documents within seconds without having any problems with indexing them afterwards or finding duplicate records (this is only my experience).

You need an agent if you do not want your computer running constantly while searching through large datasets that are indexed by india enterprise software! If we had more people willing/able to install it so this would be solved but then again - great product otherwise!! We were looking into replacing our current system at work due mostly to being able to quickly find specific information very fast when needed rather than relying upon email searches taking days sometimes even weeks before receiving results back.
