My 28-year-old red-eared slider has completely lost interest in her normal pellet food over the last few months and only eats fresh food. I was concerned he wasn't getting the vitamins and minerals he needed, so I tried several other floating pellets and sticks. He didn't have any of these. Then I stumbled upon this gourmet meal by accident and he couldn't be happier! The moment I splashed water on him, he started attacking any small piece like live prey, even pellets! The only thing he doesn't eat is cranberries, although he chews them a bit and then lets them fall out of his mouth - which is very cute. I have to thank this meal for cheering up my old man; he hasn't been this active in years!
