The order was placed on the 12th. After registration, the delivery indicated that the order would arrive on the 14th. Already on the 14th there were no messages from the market or the courier, the order did not come during the day. On the 15th, I contacted support to find out where the order was, they said that there were problems with the delivery from the partner, the timing will be specified, although there were no previous messages about this. On the same day, they sent me a coupon, which I donโt need, as an apology and thatโs it. Finally, on the 17th, they said that the order had to be canceled due to damage, which is not specified, I am attaching a photo, it is clear that the box got wet, it is not clear why. They also offered to reissue the order, I tried to do it, but the price was already higher, so I didnโt do it and canceled it. The culmination was the call of the courier on the 19th, with the information that the order would be delivered to me within an hour. I opened it right away, because I know about the damage, to make sure that at least the order was intact, it was surprisingly in good shape. This was my first delivery from the market and the last on this one.
