Useless Crafting Tool for Arts and Crafts

This paper punch was a waste of time and money. It fails to make a clean cut and jams easily. The only positive is that the capacity for the chipboard is decent. However, it's not enough to redeem this low-quality scrapbooking and stamping tool. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere..
