After months of looking for a switch to replace my bath spout, I tried this one in hopes of getting it back. Guess what? I fell in love with him immediately. Nice quality stainless steel. The protector is good, does not leak. The flow outlet (inside) is relatively small, so it could also be a so-called flow reducer. But all I can tell you is that the flow is still going strong! Some reviews have said the shower dock is weak, I disagree. Perhaps the company has already improved the design. Now it is strong and will not tip over on its own even with a heavy sprayer. As I write this review I'm singing "Jingle Bells Jingle Bells, Five Stars All The Way" :)
