I really wanted them! Shipping took about a day longer than expected (which honestly wasn't a big deal), but the real issue is that only one of the speakers works. I'm in dental school and I was planning to use it for listening to lectures so I can watch on my desktop (which doesn't have speakers installed) and type lecture notes on my laptop. So I really wanted to start using them. I've heard good things about their customer service, so I'll be in touch and update this post if anything changes. UPDATE: I'm an idiot. The cable was not fully connected. , there may be a short in one of the speakers. If I move it, it turns off for a moment. Also, there is noise when it's at a lower volume. Static gets worse when my iPhone's volume is turned all the way up and the speaker is off. So after playing with this for a minute, I found a sweet spot in my phone's volume, and then I was able to use the speaker button to adjust the volume. The support team contacted me before I messaged them. Very good customer service. They helped me troubleshoot and informed me that if we couldn't get it to work, they would send a replacement. Overall I give it a 5 star rating for a product that meets my expectations and customer service that exceeds my expectations.
