Good household hammer. I like the anti-vibration feature. Is it important. The hammer isn't the heaviest, but we didn't need it for our purposes. It has good balance and weight. If you have smaller hands you can go down a bit. We have used Stanley hand tools for many years and have found them to be a good choice. We are not professionals and I cannot comment or recommend these people.
