Review on 🍴 Frigidaire 2.2 Cu. Ft. White Countertop Microwave: Convenient and Efficient Cooking Companion by Satish Tegan

This product was recommended to us by a friend but it turned out to be the worst we have ever used. Firstly the package was delivered by a DAMAGED UPS, a huge hole in the package as if it had been dropped and kicked on the way. SO heavy stuff and despite concerns about OBVIOUS DAMAGES from UPS we DID NOT bother sending it back so we tried using it after ONE WEEK < INTERNAL DAMAGE INDICATED. HUGE NOISE. ,the underside is loose, the fairing is NOT SURE HOW IT SHOULD BE. WE DECIDED TO SEND it BACK but the owner got sick and ended up in hospital as he missed the scheduled pickup, HOW CAN WE GET A REFUND NOTE FROM UPS OR AMAZON so we can return this BEAST, so difficult and poorly done. AMAZON PLEASE HELP. AMAZON must ask UPS to pay for damages!
