This may be a nitpick but the photo shows the thermocouples wrapped in a circle. When you receive them, they are neatly packaged in a folded "bun" as is common with most electronic cables. Why does it matter? I've been using them for many years. No matter how careful you are unrolling and straightening the wires, they want to get a tight crease right where they were previously folded for packaging. That shortens her life. Given the cheap price and good heat resistance I think they will last a long time. Accuracy is good for the price. Not calibrated, but suitable for almost all but the most demanding measurements.
