I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these shoes. I bought these because the toddler was just learning to walk in shoes, I needed something with a flexible sole but something reasonably priced because to be honest he was in the midst of growth and I didn't want to spend $40 on shoes that he could walk out of five years would outgrow years. Protocol. They worked very well for a month when we used them, they were easy for him to walk on, they were nice and soft and easy to put on and take off. It's not a great winter outdoor shoe, but I'll probably buy more from this brand in Spring/Summer or when we need a pair of growth shoes again.
